Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 77db ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), which operates the online casino and sports betting services available at 77db.im and its associated subdomains and applications.

By accessing the 77db platform in any capacity — whether to browse, register, deposit funds, place bets, play games, or use any other service — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference, such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms apply to all users of the 77db platform regardless of how they access it — via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any application made available by 77db. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and 77db relating to the subject matter herein.

Eligibility and Account Registration

To register an account with 77db and access any real-money gaming or betting services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity or automated system) capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

Failure to provide requested documents within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension.

Registering a 77db account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account, is strictly prohibited. Each registered account is for the sole and exclusive use of the named account holder.

Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 77db account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. 77db will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You must:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform or service.
• Enable SMS two-factor authentication where available to add an additional layer of protection to your account.
• Log out of your account at the end of every session, particularly on shared or public devices.

• Keep your registered email address and phone number current and accessible, as they are used for account recovery and security alerts.

77db will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to comply with the security obligations set out in this section. However, if 77db determines through investigation that an unauthorised transaction occurred due to a platform-side security failure, appropriate remedial steps will be taken.

You acknowledge that 77db may monitor account activity for fraud prevention, responsible gaming, and compliance purposes. Unusual account activity may trigger a temporary account lock pending verification, which is in your interest as well as ours.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the 77db platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 77db supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and additional methods listed in the Cashier section of the platform.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposits are typically credited to your 77db account within minutes of successful payment confirmation. Delays may occur due to banking system maintenance or network congestion.
• 77db does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which 77db bears no responsibility.
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits per day and per week are stated in the Cashier section.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account that has been verified as belonging to the registered 77db account holder.
• First-time withdrawals, and withdrawals above certain thresholds, require successful KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before funds are released.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to review if the account shows unusual activity, an outstanding bonus wagering requirement, or a pending compliance check.

77db does not accept deposits made using cryptocurrency, prepaid cards not issued in the account holder's name, or any payment method not listed in the Cashier section. Attempts to deposit via unsupported methods will be rejected and returned to the sender.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Free Spins

• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each individual bonus. Unused bonus funds and unmet wagering progress are forfeited upon expiry.

Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting errors in bonus calculations — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on the 77db platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game or betting market before participating. The following general rules apply across all 77db products:

• Once a bet has been confirmed by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. 77db reserves the right to void bets placed in error or as a result of a technical fault.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game or betting session, 77db's server-side records of the game state will be the definitive record for resolving any dispute.
• Obvious pricing errors (commonly referred to as "palpable errors") in sportsbook odds or casino game configurations may be corrected by 77db at any time, and any bets accepted at erroneous prices may be voided.
• The minimum and maximum stake amounts for all games and betting markets are displayed within each respective product. These limits may vary by game type, player tier, and promotional period.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77db platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets, complete wagering requirements, or otherwise interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome by exploiting inconsistencies in 77db's pricing.
• Manipulating, reverse-engineering, or attempting to circumvent the platform's security systems, RNG systems, or any other technical infrastructure.
• Using the platform to launder money or otherwise facilitate illegal financial transactions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the account registration, verification, or withdrawal process.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited, using VPNs or other tools to disguise your true geographic location.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party, or accessing the account of any other player without their express written consent and 77db's prior approval.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 77db staff, other players, or any third party in connection with the use of the platform.

77db employs advanced fraud detection systems that operate continuously. Suspicious patterns in betting behaviour, payment activity, or account usage are flagged automatically for review. 77db's decisions regarding prohibited conduct are final, binding, and not subject to appeal except through the formal dispute resolution process described in Section 13.

Responsible Gaming

Intellectual Property

All content on the 77db platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, game content, graphics, text, page layouts, and data compilations — is the property of 77db or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any 77db intellectual property.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 77db platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the 77db platform without prior written authorisation.

Nothing in these Terms limits 77db's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

• Prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 77db reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation.
